Since its inception, Business Bay has transformed into a cosmopolitan area that caters to a diverse mix of professionals and families, renowned for its luxurious lifestyle offerings, strategic location, and bustling business environment.

Business Bay was launched during the early 2000s as part of Dubai’s objective to become a major business and trading hub. The area was conceptualized as an extension to the famed Downtown Dubai, lying along the Dubai Creek which was extended as part of the Business Bay development. It covers an area of about 46.9 million square feet, out of which 22.1 million square feet is earmarked for office and commercial developments, and the remainder for residential and mixed-use purposes.
